The Ethel Walker School Heritage Society Spotlight: Liz Muench ’55

Liz Muench ’55

For Liz Muench, her connection to Walker’s has come full circle. From student to alumnae secretary and eventually development director and then trustee, she has experienced the School from nearly every perspective. Liz credits Walker’s with shaping not only her education but also her worldview. The friendships she formed with classmates from around the globe have endured for decades, leading to lasting relationships and a life enriched by connection and shared experience.

Because Walker’s has played such a defining role in her life, Liz has chosen to include Walker’s in her will. “It’s a way to make a meaningful gift of greater impact,” she explains. Her future support will help ensure that Walker’s continues to attract exceptional faculty and leadership and provide students with the rigorous education, global perspective, and supportive community that will lead to purposeful and connected lives long after they leave campus.

By making this thoughtful provision, Liz is helping to secure the future of the school she loves and ensuring that generations of Walker’s girls will benefit from the same excellence, opportunity, and lifelong bonds that have meant so much to her.
